This year's Calling Team will all meet up for the first time next week and begin two days of comprehensive training, they will be having lunch with the Master and meeting Aaron Westfall, the Director of Development from the University's Development Office. Aaron, a former caller and calling manager himself, is looking forward to sharing his experiences of calling from the US.
The team consists of 10 students reading various subjects including Archaeology, Classics, English, Engineering, HSPS, Mathematics, Medicine, MML and Psychology. The students have a diverse selection of interests too including Dancing, Ice Hockey, Small Bore Rifle shooting, Rowing and hosting student radio to name but a few.
In the meantime, you will shortly receive a letter from the Master notifying you of the campaign and its goals. As the Master will tell you, we hope you will enjoy the opportunity to exchange experiences, find out a little about College life from a student's perspective and consider supporting the College either philanthropically or by offering careers advice for example - we do hope that either way you enjoy the conversation!
